What if you need to make an exchange?
We want every person who comes across Rozik to have a fantastic experience and that means we take customer service seriously. While we produce high quality, awesome gear, we recognize that everybody is different and the fit or size might not always be what you’re looking for. This is why we offer free returns and exchanges for 30 days. Return the items in the state you received them in (unwashed, unworn, tags on) and we will be happy to refund the amount or send you a new pair in the correct size.
How do you return an item? Send us an email letting us know and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Pack the item securely (bonus points if you re-use the original shipping packaging…less waste!) and attach the shipping label. Once we receive the item we’ll process your return.
